To support our Kaunas office, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Office Administrator who enjoys creating structure, taking ownership of daily office operations, and supporting the Team and Management in a dynamic and interesting work environment.
Manage day‑to‑day office administration and act as the main contact for office‑related matters
Ensure smooth office and facility operations, including suppliers and equipment
Organise business travel Handle administrative documentation and correspondence in line with local requirements
Support team spirit, internal culture, and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with marketing and business translations (Lithuanian ↔ English)
Provide administrative support to the Team and Management
Experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role
Very good Lithuanian and English, written and spoken
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
Reliable, proactive, and service‑oriented approach to work
Good communication skills and a positive, supportive attitude
Starting salary from EUR 1,600 gross, depending on experience
1 remote day per week
