Office Administrator

We are a leading IT and Consumer Electronics distributor, operating in a fast‑moving and dynamic market where teamwork, reliability, and initiative matter. To support our Kaunas office, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Office Administrator who enjoys creating structure, taking ownership of daily office operations, and supporting the Team and Management in a dynamic and interesting work environment.

What you will do

  • Manage day‑to‑day office administration and act as the main contact for office‑related matters

  • Ensure smooth office and facility operations, including suppliers and equipment

  • Organise business travel Handle administrative documentation and correspondence in line with local requirements

  • Support team spirit, internal culture, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Assist with marketing and business translations (Lithuanian ↔ English)

  • Provide administrative support to the Team and Management

What we are looking for

  • Experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role

  • Very good Lithuanian and English, written and spoken

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

  • Reliable, proactive, and service‑oriented approach to work

  • Good communication skills and a positive, supportive attitude

What we offer

  • Starting salary from EUR 1,600 gross, depending on experience
